摘要
财务管理是企业管理的中心,建设一流企业离不开一流财务作支撑,建成世界一流企业必须同步建成国际一流财务。本文对新形势下国有石油施工企业财务队伍建设过程中存在的问题、面临的形势进行了分析和探讨,有针对性地提出了改善建议及对策,通过建设一批素质过硬、国际化、业财融合的一流财务人才队伍,推动财务管理转型升级,更好地发挥财务管理的支撑引领作用。
Financial management is a central link of business management in an enterprise.Building a firstclass enterprise needs first-class financial support with first-class international standards.After the 19th CPC National Congress,the Central Committee of CPC put forward higher requirements for state-owned enterprises'transformation development in financial management,especially in financial talent team building.This article described and analyzed the new situations and challenges in financial talent team building of state-owned petroleum engineering enterprises,and also presented targeted measures and suggestions to promote the transformation and upgrading of financial management and give better play to the leading and supporting role of financial management,by building top-grade financial talent teams with excellent qualities,international views and professional skills.
