摘要
目的:喷雾干燥法考察杨梅黄酮微囊制备工艺。方法:以包封率为考察指标,对喷雾干燥工艺参数进行正交试验设计,并考察了囊芯囊材比对微囊性能的影响。结果:进风口温度140℃、进样速度7mL/min、囊芯囊材质量比2∶1,制得的微囊成型性好,包封率较高。结论:喷雾干燥法制备杨梅黄酮微囊,工艺简单可行,重现性高。
Objective:To establish the preparation of Myricetin Microcapsules by spray drying method.Methods:With the encapsulation efficiency as the targets,orthogonal experimental design of the spray drying process parameters was carried out,and the effect of the core material-capsule material mass ratio on the performance of the microcapsules was studied.Results:The optimal preparation process conditions were obtained as follows:inlet air temperature was 140℃,feed speed was 7 mL/min,core material-capsule material mass ratio was 2:1,according to the optimum experimental conditions,the microcapsules had better morphology and higher encapsulation efficiency.Conclusion:The preparation of Myricetin microcapsules by spray drying method is simple and feasible,and can be operated continuously.
