摘要
研究了以顺丁烯二酸酐和对氨基苯甲酸为原材料,丙酮为溶剂,在脱水剂作用下合成对羧基苯基马来酰亚胺的工艺。研究表明:确脱水闭环反应温度95℃,马来酸酐与间苯二胺的物质的量比为1.2∶1,第一步酰胺化反应温度为70℃,反应时间为1.5h。丙酮的总用量为对氨基苯甲酸重量的5倍为宜,在该条件下反应容易控制,产品收率达到90.2%;脱水剂和间苯二胺物质的量比为1.15∶1时产品收率为90.4%,脱水闭环时间为2h产品有较好的收率和熔点。
The synthesis of p-carboxyl phenylmaleimide by using maleic anhydride and p-aminobenzoic acid as raw materials and acetone as solvent was studied.The results showed that the rehydration reaction temperature was 95℃ the molar ratio of maleic anhydride to diphenylenediamine was 1.2∶1,and the first stage amide reaction temperature was 70℃ and the reaction time was 1.5 h.The total amount of acetone is 5 times the weight of p-amino acid.Under this condition,the reaction is easy to control,and the product yield reaches 90.2%.The yield of the dehydrating agent and the dibenzenediamine molar ratio was 90.4%for 1.15 to 1,and the dehydration closed-loop time was 2 h.The product had a good yield and melting point.
