摘要
车用尿素溶液AUS 32是由32.5%的专用尿素和67.5%的超纯水组成,但该浓度下的尿素溶液在低于-11℃的环境下会发生结晶现象。低温型车用尿素溶液具有更低的冰点,在中国北方地区的冬季具有一定的市场需求。本文对低温型车用尿素溶液开展了研究,通过改性剂筛选和理化分析确定了两种低温型车用尿素溶液配方;通过行车试验考察了两种低温型车用尿素溶液的实际使用性能。理化分析结果表明,低温型车用尿素溶液测试数据能够满足指标要求;行车试验结果表明,使用低温型车用尿素溶液时,车辆油耗和尿素消耗略低于使用AUS 32,使用效果良好。
The aqueous urea solution for diesel engines(AUS 32)is composed of 32.5% dedicated urea and 67.5%ultra-pure water,but AUS 32 will crystallizes below-11℃.Thus,the low freezing point aqueous urea solution is certainly demanded in winter in northern china.This paper focous on the the low freezing point aqueous urea solution.The formula was determined through additive screening and chemical analysis.The practical performance of two types low freezing point aqueous urea solution were investigated by runnig test.The analysis results show that low freezing point aqueous urea solution can meet the requirements.The low freezing point aqueous urea solution has lower fuel and urea consumption than AUS 32.
