摘要
本工艺以二硫化碳、二丁胺和氧化锌为原料,石油醚为溶剂,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为分散剂,在合适的温度下一步合成二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌(BZ),考察了溶剂、分散剂、原料配比,反应时间和母液套用等工艺条件。最佳工艺条件是:分散剂为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、二硫化碳的滴加时间为4h、原料配比为∶n(CS2)∶n(二丁胺)∶n(ZnO)=1.05∶1∶0.55,在最优条件下得到的产品为白色晶体,熔点≥107℃,平均收率约100%。
The process used carbon disulfide,dibutylamine and zinc oxide as raw materials,petroleum ether as solvent and hexadecyl tritrimethyl ammonium bromide as dispersant to synthesize zinc dibutyldisulfide (BZ) at suitable temperature.The process conditions such as solvent,dispersant,raw material ratio,reaction time and mother liquid application were investigated.The best process conditions are:the dispersant is hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide,the titration time of carbon disulfide is 4 h,and the raw material ratio is:N(CS2)∶N(dibutylamine)∶N(ZnO)=1.05∶1∶0.55,The product obtained under optimal conditions is a white crystal with a melting point of≥107℃ and an average yield of about 100%.
