中药抗菌活性及作用机制研究

Antimicrobial Activity and Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine

在抗生素滥用招致多数病菌产生耐药性,甚至爆发了超级细菌的时代背景下,西药对于抗菌的局限性显现,而药用植物由于具有高质量抗菌效果和难产生耐药性或逆转菌体耐药性的性质而成为新的抗菌风向。本文对中药抗菌发展概况及现状进行论述,尝试为中药抗菌未来发展提供依据及新的思考方向。

In the era of abusing antibiotic which lead to drug resistance of most pathogens and even the outbreak of superbacteria,western medicine is no longer satisfactory.Because of its high-quality antimicrobial effect and the difficulty of producing drug resistance or reversing bacterial resistance,traditional Chinese medicine has become a new trend of antimicrobial activities.In this paper,the general situation and current situation of antimicrobial activities of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized,and basis and new thinking direction for the future development is provided.
