青蒿素的合成与应用研究综述

Review on Synthesis and Application of Artemisinin

2015年屠呦呦获得诺贝尔生理学或医学奖,将中药青蒿素推向了世界。以青蒿素为基础的联合疗法被世界卫生组织推荐为疟疾治疗的最佳疗法。同时,青蒿素对肿瘤、及其它多种疾病具有显著的抑制作用,广泛应用于临床治疗。本文主要对青蒿素的发现、合成方法与提取、应用等方面进行综述,为其进一步的研究应用拓展思路。

Artemisinin,a traditional chinese medicine,was introduced to the world again because of youyou Tu awarded the Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine in 2015.Artemisinin-based combination therapies are recommended by the world health organization as the best treatment for malaria.Meanwhile,artemisinin is widely used in clinical treatment for its significant inhibitory effect on tumor and many other diseases.In this paper,the discovery,synthesis,extraction and application of artemisinin were reviewed,to develop for its further research and application.
