Determination of Nitrobenzene in Water by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry with Purge-trap Method

摘要 本研究建立了气相色谱-质谱法测定水中硝基苯的方法。结果表明,方法检出限为0.002μg/L,精密度为5.5%-6.5%,基体加标回收率为84.3%-97.1%。该方法准确可靠,操作简便,能够满足水中硝基苯的检测要求。 A method for the determination of nitrobenzene in water by GC-MS with liquid-liquid extraction was developed.The detection limits of the method for nitrobenzene was 0.002μg/L,the RSD were 5.5%~6.5% and the recoveries were 84.3%~97.1%.This method is accurate,reliable and easy to operate,which is suitable for the determination of nitrobenzene in water.
