摘要
介绍了FLARESIM软件的功能特点,并简要讨论了软件常用的火炬辐射热的计算方法,分析了软件热辐射系数的计算方法。通过国外某脱气站火炬设施改造项目,对火炬的热辐射、H2S扩散浓度、SO2落地浓度、设置土墙屏蔽热辐射等进行建模分析,项目实施结果表明,该软件可以有效帮助工程设计人员进行火炬设施设计。
Introduced the functions and characteristics of FLARESIM software,briefly discussed the calculation methods of flare radiation commonly used in the software,and analyzed the calculation methods of thermal radiation coefficient.Through the reconstruction project of flare facilities in a degassing station abroad,the thermal radiation of flare,H2S diffusion concentration,SO2 concentration on the ground and shielding thermal radiation of earth wall are modeled and analyzed.The results of project implementation show that the Flaresim software can effectively help engineers to design flare facilities.
