摘要
石油化工装置大多处于爆炸危险区域,本质安全防爆法是最广泛应用的防爆方法。本文介绍了本质安全回路系统的构成以及本质安全认证的方法,结合工程实际,给出了工程设计中常用的参量认证方法的计算过程,并通过应用实例介绍了参量认证方法的应用;推导出本质安全回路中电缆的允许最大长度计算公式,并给出了不能满足本质安全要求系统的改进措施。在工程设计中具有较高的参考价值。
Petrochemical plants are mostly in explosion dangerous areas,and intrinsic safety explosion-proof method is the most widely used explosion-proof method.This paper introduces the composition of intrinsically safe circuit system and the system intrinsically safe certification method,gives the calculation process of parameter certification method that is commonly used in engineering design,and through the application examples this paper introduces the application of parametric certification method;deduces the formula of the allowed maximum length of the cable used in the intrinsically safe circuit,and gives the improvement measures for system that cannot meet the requirement of the intrinsically safety.This is of high reference value in engineering design.
