摘要 本文首先对常减压蒸馏装置的传统流程和改进流程进行了简单介绍和对比,并从工艺设计的角度出发,论述了常减压装置中的腐蚀识别、控制与材料选择,换热网络优化和单元操作设计优化的相关问题。 In this paper,the traditional and enhanced process flow of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit are introduced and contrasted;In addition,from the view of the process design,having a discussion on the problems related with the identification and prevention of corrosion and material selection,heat exchanger network optimization and unit operation design optimization in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
