摘要
《有机化学》是生物系食品质量与安全专业一门重要的专业基础课程。根据该专业发展的要求以及有机化学课程内容,作者从学生知识体系的构建、知识的学习、理解和运用等方面,阐述了自己教学体会,并制定出了更加适合学生的教学方法以及考核方式,以求在传授基础知识的同时,努力提高学生对相关知识掌握以及应用能力。
Organic Chemistry was an important professional foundation course for the food quality and safety.According to the requirements of the professional development and the content of the organic chemistry course,some experiences of teaching were provided from the construction of the student knowledge system,the learning,understanding and application of knowledge.To improve teaching qualities as well as using of relevant knowledge for students,some teaching and assessment methods were also present.
