基于《国标》的制药工程专业人才培养目标研究

Study on the Talents Training Objective of Pharmaceutical Engineering Specialty Based on the National Standard

在分析了制药工程专业人才培养目标研究现状的基础上,对照《国标》,剖析了某高校所确立的制药工程专业人才培养目标。针对人才培养目标所存在的缺失和差距,提出了基于《国标》的制药工程专业人才培养目标正确定位的"培养理念更新、培养队伍提升、培养条件完善、培养体系优化、培养质量保障"五个原则。只要坚持这些原则,就可以很好地实现制药工程专业人才培养目标。

The research status of the talents training objective of pharmaceutical engineering specialty is analyzed.In contrast with the national standard,the talents training objective of this specialty in one university is analyzed.Aiming at the existing lacks and gaps,the five principles for correct positioning the talents training objective are proposed.It is adhered to the principles of renewal of training ideas,upgrading of training team,improvement of training conditions,optimization of training system and guarantee of training quality.The talents training objective will be achieved very well.
