摘要
为了提高学生的创新能力,构建基于科研的"四阶段"创新能力培养模式:以科研案例激发创新意识;以科研问题拓展创新思维;以科研实践训练创新技能;以科研课题提升创新能力。结合学院现状,在化学和生物专业学生中进行了创新能力培养模式的实践,取得较好的效果。
Based on the scientific research strength,a training mode for innovative quality has been constructed.Innovative consciousness is promoted by research cases,innovative thought developed by research problem,innovative skill trained by research practice,and innovative ability lifted by research project.The mode was applied on students in chemistry and biological major to promote their innovative quality.
