摘要
在长期的发酵工程理论教学和实验实践指导过程中,我们发现,除了帮助学生掌握好发酵工程的理论知识,培养和提升学生的实践动手能力之外,还要有意识地引导学生培养良好的学习动机,浓厚的学习兴趣,以及吃苦耐劳、不畏失败与挫折的精神,塑造乐观、阳光、积极向上的性格。只有兼顾学生智力因素和非智力因素的双重培养,发酵工程的教学才能取得良好效果。
In the course of the long-term teaching of theories and experimental practices of fermentation engineering,we find that in addition to helping students master the theoretical knowledges of fermentation engineering and cultivate practicing hands-on skills,we should consciously guide students to cultivate good learning motivation,strong interests in learning,as well as the spirits of hardworking,not afraid of failures and setbacks,and shape an optimistic,sunny,and positive character.Only by taking into account the factors of the dual cultivations of students’intelligence and non-intelligence can the teaching of fermentation engineering achieve good results.
