Analysis of Carbon Emission Report and Verification and Management Suggestions on Large Power Generation Groups

为准确分析大型发电集团碳排放报告和核查情况,本文探索建立了碳排放数据报送质量的评价指标体系,基于评价体系从大型发电集团、二级公司和发电企业三个维度开展报告与核查数据的实例分析。根据分析结果,给出了大型发电集团碳排放数据管理的相关建议,为其他发电集团碳排放数据管理工作提供了参考。

In order to accurately analyze the carbon emission report and verification of large power generation groups,this paper explores and establishes an evaluation index system for the quality of carbon emission data report.Based on the evaluation system,the report and verification data are analyzed from three dimensions of large power generation groups,secondary companies and power generation enterprises.Based on the analysis results,some suggestions on carbon emission data management of large power generation groups are given,which can provide reference for other power generation groups.
