Construction of postgraduate training model of master degree in TCM nursing

[目的]构建中医护理专业学位硕士研究生培养模式。[方法]运用Delphi专家函询法构建中医护理硕士专业学位研究生培养模式。[结果]通过2轮专家函询,最终构建的中医护理专业学位硕士研究生培养模式包括培养目标、课程设置、学制学分设置等5个要素。[结论]最终构建的培养模式科学、全面,可操作性强,可为高等院校中医护理专业学位研究生培养方案的制订提供指导和参考。

Objective:To construct the postgraduate training model of master degree in TCM nursing.Methods:The postgraduate training mode of master degree in TCM nursing was constructed by using the Delphi expert correspondence method.Results:Through two rounds of expert consultations,the final training postgraduate model for the master′s degree of TCM nursing major included five elements:training target,course setting,the length of schooling and academic credits setting,etc.Conclusions:The final construction of this training postgraduate model was scientific,comprehensive and operable.It could provide guidance and reference for the development of postgraduate training programs for Chinese medicine nursing majors in higher education institutions.
