互联网、大数据、云计算、移动互联等新技术在交通运输领域的广泛应用催生了共享单车、共享汽车、网约车、无车承运等新业态、新模式,推动了交通运输平台经济的蓬勃兴起。交通运输平台经济在增强交通运输供给能力、改善运输服务品质、提高人民群众出行满意度、加速物流业降本增效等方面发挥了巨大作用。但同时交通运输平台经济在适量供给、新旧业态融合、信息联通、标准规范、法律法规、政府监管等方面存在着较为突出的问题。科学技术日新月异,不同行业跨界融合、相互渗透、相互交叉,产业边界日益模糊是产业发展的重要趋势。在当前及未来一段时间,培育壮大交通运输平台经济,对推动交通运输高质量发展、支撑交通强国建设具有重要意义。

New technique,such as internet,big data,cloud computing,mobile interconnection,is applied extensively to transportation field and promote emergence of new format and new patterns,including the bike-sharing,car-sharing,car-hailing,freight forwarder and so on,which give impetus to the development of transportation platform economics.The transportation platform economics plays a huge role in enhancing the supply capacity of transportation,improving the quality of transportation service,raising the satisfaction of people’s travels,accelerating the cost reduction and efficiency increase of logistics industry.However,there are a few crucial problems of transportation platform economics in adequate supply,integration of old and new formats,information interconnection,standard specification,laws and regulations,government supervision,etc.The becoming blurred industrial boundary is vital trend of industrial development under the science and technology changing with each passing day,cross-industry convergence and the mutual permeation.It’s significant for facilitating the high quality development of transportation and building China into a country strong on transportation to cultivate and strengthen the transportation platform economics at present and in the future.
