摘要
本文主要从经济学的角度研究一定区域内部机场发展航空货运业务的竞争与合作关系。文章首先分析了我国货邮量在枢纽机场和支线机场的分布特征,在此基础上,应用经济学中的社会福利概念,对"是否要将某个支线机场建设发展为以航空货运功能为主的机场"这一问题进行建模分析,并从机场和托运人的角度对模型结果进行了讨论。文章最后针对模型分析讨论结果从支持支线机场走专业化航空货运发展路径、机场航空货运收费和地方政府对航空货运的补贴等方面提出了相关的政策建议。
This paper studies the competition and cooperation relationship between airports in a certain region to develop air cargo business from the perspective of economics.Firstly,this paper analyses the distribution characteristics of cargo and postage volume in hub airport and branch airport.Then,we applies the concept of social welfare in economics to model and analyze the problem of"whether to develop a Regional Airport into an airport with air cargo function as its main function"and the results of the model are discussed from the point of view of the airport and the shipper.Finally,according to the results of model,the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions on supporting regional airports to take a professional air cargo development path,airport air cargo charges and local government subsidies for air cargo.
