浅谈数控机床电子手轮的更换操作

电子手轮作为数控机床上的易损件需定期更换,在弄清电子手轮与机床数控系统的电气连接关系之后,只需选择合适型号的电子手轮,将其信号输出引脚与数控系统的接口做正确连接,即可完成电子手轮的更换工作,这既省去了原厂维修产生的高昂费用,又可以减少设备因等待维修而产生的待机时间。

As a vulnerable part of CNC machine tools, electronic handwheel needs to be replaced regularly. After clarifying the electrical connection relationship between electronic handwheel and CNC system of machine tools, we can complete the replacement of electronic handwheel by choosing an appropriate type of electronic handwheel and connecting its signal output pin with the interface of CNC system correctly. This not only saves the high cost of maintenance in the original plant, but also reduces the standby time of equipment due to waiting for maintenance.
