高校日语教师专业发展的现状与课题 被引量:7

The Current Situation and Topic of Professional Development of Japanese Language Teachers in Colleges and Universities

摘要 本研究在关注教师专业发展的视阈下,对于我国高校日语教师专业发展现状,从教师研修与学术研究两方面分别做了梳理与分析。针对以高校日语教师为对象的研修,从研修课程方案、研修主题、研修师资以及研修形态等多元角度所做的资料分析显示,2006-2008年为高校日语教师研修发展初期阶段,2009年进入发展兴盛期,2013年逐步迈入发展成长期;教师研修理念由早期的教师培训正逐步过渡到关注教师专业发展。针对学术研究,通过与高校英语教师专业发展研究的对比分析发现,高校日语教师专业发展研究在研究内容、研究数量以及研究起步等方面均处于发展滞后状态。当前,高校日语教师发展存在着教师研修实践活动先行发展,学术研究尚未跟进以及研修种类较多,不利于整合优质研修资源等问题。今后需要开展基于教师研修实践活动的扎实的实践研究和理论研究,为高校日语教师可持续发展提供切实保障。 Focusing on teacher professional developm ent,this study analyses the current situation of professional development of Japanese language teachers in universities and colleges in China from the perspectives of teacher training and academic research.Based on the training of Japanese language teachers in universities and colleges,data from multiple perspectives including the training curriculum plans,training them es,training participants as well as training forms show that the training of Japanese language teachers in universities and colleges came into being during 2006 to 2008,developed in 2009,and further developed in 2013.The concept of teacher training gradually transferred from teacher training in the early stage to teacher professional developm ent.In the field of academic research,compared with the research on the professional development of college English teachers,research on Japanese teachers professional development is still lagging behind in terms of research content,quantity and starting point.At present,there exist some problems in the developm ent of Japanese teachers in colleges and universities,such as the priority of teachers'training and practice activities,the lack of follow-up in academic research,diversified training program s,and unsuccessful integration of high-quality research and training resources.In the future,practical research and theoretical research based on teachers'training and practice activities should be carried out to provide a practical guarantee for the sustainable developm ent of Japanese teachers in colleges and universities.
