摘要
舰船冷水机组普遍采用螺杆或活塞制冷压缩机,其不仅转速较低,而且转动频率及倍频振动加速度大。磁悬浮技术应用于制冷压缩机,工作过程中无任何摩擦,且主轴转速极高,可有效改善低频段振动和噪声。基于磁悬浮技术的特点和优势,希望能通过船用化研究实现舰船冷水机组振动和噪声的大幅度改善。
Screw or piston refrigeration compressor is commonly used in marine water chillers,which has a low rotating speed and large vibration acceleration of rotation frequency and frequency multiplication.The measured vibration acceleration level of screw chillers ranges from 10Hz to 315Hz,and it is difficult to reduce vibration in low frequency band.Little effect has been achieved by improving machining precision and assembly technology.Maglev technology is applied to refrigeration compressor,without any friction in the working process,and the rotating speed of the main shaft is extremely high,the rotating frequency is much higher than 315Hz,which can effectively improve low-frequency vibration and noise.Based on the characteristics and advantages of maglev technology,it is hoped that the vibration and noise of marine water chillers can be greatly improved through marinization research.
