摘要
传统的船舶轴系负荷测量方法步骤繁琐。我们通过工装的改进和系统的配套升级,开发了一种船舶轴系负荷测量新技术,有效解决了作业劳动强度大、测量效率和精度低、周期长的问题,做到准确和快速地进行船舶轴系负荷测量,达得降本增效的作用。
The traditional method of measuring the load of the shafting in ship construction is tedious in steps and requires more manpower.In order to solve these problems,we have developed and applied a new technology for measuring the load of ship shafting through the improvement of tooling and the matching and upgrading of the system,which have effectively solved the problems of high labor intensity,low measurement efficiency,low precision and long period in the previous operation,so as to accurately and quickly measure the load of ship shafting and achieve the function of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
