摘要
对于物流公司来说,其一线网点直接服务于顾客,决定了对顾客吸引力的大小,并最终影响公司的总利润,因此一线网点的选址对于各大物流公司都是一个影响其收益的关键因素.尤其值得注意的是随着物流行业的多年发展以及各大物流公司网络的日趋完善,使得一线网点的选址往往是在竞争的环境下进行的[1],因此对竞争无协同环境下(即将要进入的区域已存在竞争对手的网点但是没有隶属于本公司的网点)网点选址的研究是非常有必要的.
For logistics companies,the first-line network directly serves customers,determines the size of customer attraction,and ultimately affects the total profit of the company.So the location of the first-line network is a key factor affecting the income of major logistics companies.With the development of logistics industry and the improvementof logistics company network,a line network location is often under the environment of competition.As a result,for the cooperation without competition environment(entering the area existing a competitor’s site but not affiliated with the company’s network),the location of the site study is significant.
