根据板坯连铸机扇形段的几何特征,建立起扇形段开口度调整垫片计算模型,降低单台扇形段开口度调整的操作次数,提高工作效率。
The mathematical model that calculates the thickness of roller-gap adjusting shims on the basis of the geometrical feature of slab could reduce the times to adjust the roller gap of a single segment and increase the work efficiency.
