冷轧板带立式清洗段跑偏机理及控制策略

摘要 分析清洗段带钢跑偏机理,得出影响带钢张力横向分布均匀性及影响最大摩擦系数的因子,通过调整清洗段辊系垂直度和水平度,改造清洗段沉没辊的辊面,优化来料板形目标曲线及控制碱液的排放量,将薄规格带钢清洗段跑偏率从41.53%降低到2%以下,确保生产线能够以正常速度(270 m/min以上)稳定运行。 The analysis about reason why a strip can run off the center line in the cleaning section of cold plate mills has found out the factors that affect the uniformity of transverse tension distribution on strips and the maximum friction coefficient.The run-off rate of thin strips in the cleaning section could be reduced from 41.53%to 2%and below to keep the mill running at normal speed stably(270 m/min and above)by the means of adjusting the perpendicularity and levelness of the rollers in the cleaning section,and improving the surface of the sinking rollers,and optimizing the flatness target curve of incoming slabs as well as controlling the discharging amount of degreasing agent.
