摘要
调整Ni元素在0Cr16Ni4Mo钢锭中的含量,采用力学性能测试及光学显微镜进行微观组织分析,研究不同Ni元素含量对0Cr16Ni4Mo马氏体不锈钢组织与性能的影响。实验结果表明:当Ni元素含量达到5.3%时,0Cr16Ni4Mo钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度优于Ni含量较少的坯料;当Ni元素含量达到5.3%时,热处理后钢的微观组织的主体为板条马氏体,铁素体几乎不存在;冲击试验结果表明,随着Ni元素的提高,材料微观组织中的铁素体数量得到一定程度的控制,有利于材料冲击韧性的提升。
The effect of Ni content on the microstructure and property of 0Cr16Ni4Mo Martensite stainless steel has been analyzed with mechanical and metallographic teats by adjusting the content of Ni element in the 0Cr16Ni4Mo steel ingots.The test result shows that with Ni content up to 5.3%,both yield and tensile strength of the steel are higher than that with Ni content lower than 5.3%,and the major microstructure in the steel after heat treatment is lath martensite and ferrite content is almost zero.The impact test result reveals the ferrite content in the steel decreases with the increase of Ni content,which benefits to improving the impact toughness of the steel.
