扫描速率对激光直接金属沉积M2高速钢微观组织和硬度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用直接激光金属沉积(DLMD)设备,以不同的激光扫描速率在2Cr13不锈钢基板上制备出M2高速钢块体试样,并对其力学性能和微观组织进行表征。结果表明:随着DLMD激光扫描速率的增加,M2高速钢的平均晶粒尺寸减小、碳化物析出体积总量减少。碳化物以M6C、MC和M2C为主,随着扫描速率的增加,M2C型碳化物体积分数增加,洛氏硬度也增加,明显高于传统铸造高速钢的(54~56 HRC)。 M2 high speed steel block samples on 2Cr13 stainless matrix under different laser scaning rates were prepared using DLMD equipment. Their microstructure and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that with the DLMD laser scanning speed increasing, the average grain size of M2 steel and the total precipitation volume of carbides decrease. The carbides in the sample are mainly M6 C, MC and M2C. With the DLMD laser scanning speed increasing, the volume fraction of M2C carbide increase, the hardness of M2 steel prepared by DLMD increases, which is significantly higher than that of the traditional M2 high speed steel(54-56 HRC)).
