304不锈钢热浸镀铝抗高温氧化性研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用熔剂法对304不锈钢热浸镀铝。利用增重法研究了热浸镀铝经扩散退火处理后的试样及未浸镀铝试样在1100℃×100 h下的高温氧化行为。借助SEM对浸镀试样截面进行组织形貌分析;利用EDS、XRD对试样表面氧化膜进行元素和物相分析。结果表明:随着高温氧化时间的延长,未浸镀铝试样表面氧化速度加剧且氧化层状剥落,抗氧化性不好;而热浸镀铝扩渗后的试样表面氧化速度不明显,表面形成完整的保护膜且无剥落,抗氧化性良好。 304 stainless steel was coated by hot-dipping in a molten aluminum bath.The high temperature oxidation behaviors of hot dipped aluminum treated by diffusion annealing and without hot-dipped aluminum coating samples at 1100℃for 100h were studied by mass gain method.The microstructure morphology of the hot-dipping sample was analyzed by SEM.The elements and phases of the oxidation film on sample surface were analyzed by EDS and XRD.The results show that the surface oxidation rate of the sample without hot-dipped aluminum coating increases and the oxide film layer peels off with the oxidation time increasing,so the oxidation resistance is bad;however,the surface oxidation rate of the sample with hot-dipped aluminum coating is unobvious,a complete protective film forms on the surface,without peeling off,so the oxidation resistance is better.
