超滤、离子交换结合固体酸水解工艺在甘蔗最终糖蜜制备转化糖浆中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 将糖蜜稀释5倍后在0.16MPa的跨膜压力下可获得最佳超滤效果,在1.5BV/h的流速下可获得最佳离子交换效果。经过清净处理后样品的吸光度和电导率都大幅度降低。再采用强酸型阳离子交换树脂对真空浓缩制得的液体糖中的蔗糖进行酸水解,以蔗糖转化率和还原糖得率为指标,通过单因素及正交实验优化得出最佳酸水解参数为:树脂添加量4mL,温度80℃,反应时间30min。最后经过真空浓缩制得的转化糖浆的主要理化指标基本满足了QB/T 4093-2010对转换糖浆的要求,其中还原糖含量达98.9%(占干物质),显示了很好的应用前景。 When molasses is diluted by 5times,the best ultrafiltration effect can be obtained at the transmembrane pressure of 0.16 MPa,and the best ion exchange effect can be obtained at the flow rate of 1.5BV/h.The absorbance and conductivity of the samples after cleaning treatment are greatly reduced,and then the strong acid cation exchange resin is used to hydrolyze sucrose in liquid sugar prepared by vacuum concentration.With the conversion of sucrose and the yield of reducing sugar as indexes,the optimum acid hydrolysis parameters are obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiments as follows:the additive amount of resin is 4mL,temperature is 80℃,reaction time is 30min.Finally,the main physical and chemical indexes of the inverted syrup prepared by vacuum concentration basically meet the requirements of QB/T 4093-2010for the inverted syrup,in which,the content of reducing sugar is 98.9%(accounting for dry matter),which shows a good application prospect.
