摘要
针对地理国情监测成果质量检查验收中人工检查任务自动化程度不高的问题,重点研究了地理国情监测成果质量评价的关键技术;并对地理国情监测成果人工检查质量评定自动化、质量评价接口模型构建等内容进行了深入研究;最终实现了地理国情监测成果检查验收以及质量评价系统的设计与应用。
Aiming at low automation of manual inspection task in quality inspection and acceptance of geographical conditions monitoring achievements, we studied the key technologies of quality evaluation of geographical conditions monitoring achievements, and made in-depth research on the automation of manual inspection quality evaluation of geographical conditions monitoring achievements and the construction of quality evaluation interface model. Then, we realized the inspection and acceptance of geographical conditions monitoring achievements, and the design and application of quality evaluation system.
