摘要
为确定弥勒市城区住宅用地土地级别,实现土地资源在空间上的优化配置,根据弥勒市的实际情况,采用多因素综合评价法构建了住宅用地评价指标体系;利用层次分析法和德尔菲专家打分法确定了各影响因素及其权重;借助ArcGIS软件对弥勒市城区住宅用地级别进行了划分。研究结果表明,土地级别以湖泉生态园东侧为中心,由高到低呈环状过渡,且距离弥勒市区愈近、土地级别愈高。
To determine the land level of urban residential land in Mile City, and realize the optimal configuration of land resource in space, based on the actual situation in Mile City, we used multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method to build an evaluation index system, used AHP and Delphi method to confirm index weight, and used ArcGIS software to divide the urban residential land level in Mile City. The results show that the land levels are centered on the east side of the Huquan ecological park. From high to low, there is a circular transition, and the closer to Mile City, the higher the land level.
