摘要
目的对不同输液条件下的阻塞报警参数进行测量和分析,寻找输液泵阻塞报警质量控制规律。方法利用美国福禄克公司的IDA-4 Plus输液泵测试仪对不同输液管路、不同输液液体、不同流速设定、不同输液泵设定阈值情况下的阻塞报警参数进行质量控制检测和分析。结果通过实验分析得出,输液泵的设定流速、输液管路的选择、输液泵设定不同的压力阈值、不同粘稠度的输液液体对输液泵阻塞报警参数都会有影响。结论本文分析了输液泵阻塞报警参数的影响因素,对临床上输液泵的安全使用具有重要的指导意义。
Objective To measure and analyze the occlusion alarm parameters of infusion pump under different infusion conditions to find out the quality control rules of the occlusion alarm of infusion pump.Methods IDA-4 Plus infusion pump tester(Fluke,USA)was used to test and analyze the occlusion alarm parameters of infusion pumps under different infusion pipelines,different infusion liquids,different flow rates,and different setting thresholds of infusion pump.Results Through the experimental analysis,the results showed that the flow rate of the infusion pump,the selection of the infusion pipelines,different setting pressure thresholds of infusion pump,and the infusion liquid with different viscosity all had effects on the parameters of the infusion pump occlusion alarm.Conclusion This paper analyzes the influencing factors of infusion pump occlusion alarm parameters,which has important guiding significance for the safe use of infusion pump in clinic.
