摘要 目的开发VBA半自动化管理系统,对我院有创呼吸机进行质量控制。方法容量预设型通气模式下,对我院有创呼吸机进行定期巡查和质量控制,对呼吸机进行电气安全、潮气量、呼吸频率、吸入氧浓度等进行检测。使用VBA设计并开发出呼吸机质控数据的记录和统计工具,并对质控结果进行量化分析。结果不考虑氧电池失效现象,呼吸机潮气量、呼吸频率、吸呼比、吸入氧浓度、呼吸末正压、电气安全单项合格率分别为96.79%、99.28%、99.64%、95.36%、98.24%和100%,完全合格率93.49%;考虑氧电池失效,呼吸机吸入氧浓度合格率为78.38%,完全合格率73.45%。结论定期做好质量控制和预防性维护工作是提高临床呼吸机安全性和有效性的最有效的手段之一,同时也是降低呼吸机相关不良事件的有效途径。 Objective To develop a VBA semi-automatic management system to perform the quality control of invasive ventilators in our hospital.Methods Under volume preset ventilation mode,regular inspections and quality control of the invasive ventilators in the hospital were conducted.Test items included electrical safety,tidal volume,respiratory rate,oxygen concentration,etc.A recording and statistical tool of quality control data of ventilator was designed and developed using VBA,and the quality control results were analyzed quantitatively.Results Regardless of oxygen battery failure,the pass rates of ventilator tidal volume,respiratory rate,I/E ratio,inspired oxygen concentration,positive end expiratory pressure,and electrical safety were 96.79%,99.28%,99.64%,95.36%,98.24%and 100%,respectively,with a complete qualified rate of 93.49%.Considering oxygen battery failure,the qualified rate of ventilator inspired oxygen concentration was 78.38%,with a complete qualified rate of 73.45%.Conclusion Regular quality control and preventive maintenance is one of the most effective means to improve the safety and effectiveness of ventilators,and also an effective way to reduce ventilator-related adverse events.
