摘要
目的探讨乳腺超声影像报告与数据系统(Breast Imaging Reporting And Data System-Ultrasound,BI-RADS-US)分类对乳腺导管上皮内瘤变的诊断价值。方法选择2015年1月至2018年6月200例疑似乳腺导管上皮内瘤变患者,对其进行胸部X线、乳腺超声检查,采用BI-RADS-US系统对超声图像特征进行评估。以手术病理诊断结果为参照,比较胸部X线、BIRADS-US对乳腺导管上皮内瘤变的诊断效果。结果BI-RADS-US对乳腺导管上皮内瘤变诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确率均高于胸部X线(P<0.05),对不同类型病变的诊断符合率均高于胸部X线(P<0.05),其诊断结果与手术病理诊断结果间的一致性良好。结论乳腺超声影像报告与数据系统可有效提高乳腺导管上皮内瘤变的诊断准确性。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of breast imaging reporting and data system-ultrasound(BI-RADS-US)in diagnosis of breast ductal intraepithelial neoplasia(DIN).Methods A total of 200 patients with suspected breast DIN were selected from January 2015 to June 2018,and examined by chest X-ray and breast ultrasound.The characteristics of ultrasound images were evaluated by BI-RADS-US.The diagnostic effects of chest X-ray and BI-RADS-US on breast DIN were compared with the results of pathological diagnosis.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of BI-RADS-US in the diagnosis of breast DIN were higher than those of chest X-ray(P<0.05),and the diagnostic coincidence rate of BI-RADS-US for different types of breast lesions was higher than that of chest X-ray(P<0.05).The diagnostic results were in good agreement with those of surgical pathological diagnosis.Conclusion Breast ultrasound imaging report and data system can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast ductal epithelial neoplasia.
