Design of Reconstruction of Common Operation Room into Hybrid Operation Room

本文结合我院复合手术室在改造和使用中的工程经验,寻求一种优化配置复合手术室的布局方案。文章针对复合手术室的手术间空间面积、高度、层流、温度、辐射防护、电器以及信息系统等方面的要求做了深入探讨。对该类项目改造中的难点和重点做了总结,特别是针对当前复合手术室存在的安全隐患、层流耗材拆装更换等问题做了阐述。通过分析我院复合手术室在改造和使用中的工程经验,为有需要的医院提供一些经验和信息。

Based on the engineering experience in the renovation and use of the hybrid operation room in our hospital,we seek a layout scheme for optimizing the configuration of the hybrid operation room.In this paper,the requirements of space area,height,laminar flow,temperature,radiation protection,electrical appliances and information system of hybrid operation room were discussed.We summarized the difficulties and key points in the reconstruction of this kind of project,especially expatiated on the potential safety hazards and laminar flow consumables disassembly and replacement in the current hybrid operation room.Through the analysis of the engineering experience of the hybrid operation room of our hospital in the renovation and use,this paper provides some experience and information for some hospitals in need.
