我院高风险医疗设备的安全风险评估及PM计划的实施

Safety Risk Assessment of High-Risk Medical Equipment and Implementation of PM Plan in Our Hospital

目的针对我院医疗设备在使用过程中存在的风险进行评估,对风险较高的设备结合故障率实施针对性的PM计划,降低设备风险。方法利用设备风险评估表对医疗设备风险进行权重评估,风险值中、高级设备须实施PM计划,再结合我院医疗设备运维管理系统对需要实施PM计划的设备对其故障率进行统计分析并有针对性地实施PM计划。结果在PM计划实施后高风险设备的故障率明显降低,效果显著。结论通过对风险等级较高的设备有针对性地实施PM计划,有效地降低了设备的使用风险,确保设备的正常运行。

Objective To implement a targeted PM plan for high-risk equipment combined with failure rate to reduce equipment risks via evaluating analysis performed on the risks existing in the use of medical equipment in our hospital.Methods The equipment risk assessment table was used to evaluate the weight of medical equipment risk.The medium and advanced equipment at risk should implement PM plan.Then,combined with the operation and maintenance management system of medical equipment in our hospital,the failure rate of equipment that needed to implement PM plan should be statistically analyzed and the PM plan should be implemented accordingly.Results After the implementation of PM plan,the failure rate of high-risk equipment is significantly reduced and the effect was significant.Conclusion The PM program for equipment with higher risk level can effectively reduce the risk of equipment use and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
