医用红外热像在发热筛查中的应用

Application of Medical Infrared Thermography in Fever Screening

体温异常是患病的一个常规指标。红外热像(Infrared thermography,IRT)是一种快速的、被动的、非接触式和非侵入式的能够替代传统临床温度计的体温监测装置。此外,IRT还可以绘制人体表面温度图。过去五十年里,医学领域是IRT应用最活跃的领域之一。继在乳腺癌辅助诊断中取得成功之后,IRT又在人体发热筛查研究中表现出巨大的潜力。本文简要回顾了IRT仪的主要发展阶段,又介绍了IRT在红外发热筛查中的研究现状。而且,总结分析了国内外医用IRT的标准化情况,以期为我国未来医用IRT标准化工作提供参考。

Abnormal temperature is a natural indicator of illness.Infrared thermography(IRT),a fast,passive,non-contact and noninvasive temperature monitoring device that replaces traditional clinical thermometer,which can map the surface temperature of human body.In the past 50 years,Medical field was one of the most active fields of infrared thermography application..Following the success in assistant diagnosis of breast cancer,IRT has shown great potential in human fever screening research.This paper reviewed the main development stages of infrared thermal imager,and analyzed the research status of IRT in infrared fever screening.Moreover,the standardization of medical IRT at home and abroad is summarized and analyzed to provide reference for future standardization of medical IRT in our country.
