防灾减灾理念 在孟加拉铁路项目地勘工作中的应用

Application of disaster prevention and reduction concept in the geological investigation of railway projects in Bangladesh

防灾减灾理念,是山区铁路选线理念从“地形选线、地质选线”后实现的一次技术升华,是中铁二院工程集团有限责任公司数十年复杂艰险山区铁路经验传承发扬与技术升华提炼的体现。防灾减灾理念从更宏观的视野在工程全生命周期内进行风险识别与控制,应用到了铁路建设的规划研究、勘察设计、施工及咨询监理等项目建设各个环节,在我公司国内外铁路建设实践中发挥着重要的技术指导作用。本文旨在介绍防灾减灾理念在孟加拉铁路勘察设计和施工实践中的工程应用,以期同业探讨和借鉴。

The concept of disaster prevention and reduction is a technical sublimation realized by the concept of mountain railway line selection from“terrain line selection and geological line selection”,and is the embodiment of the experience,promotion and technological sublimation of railway in the complex and difficult mountainous areas of the China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Co.Ltd(CREEC).The concept of disaster prevention and reduction carries out risk identification and control from a more macroscopic perspective within the whole life cycle of the project,and its application is extended to the railway construction from the Planning Research,survey and design,construction and consulting supervision and other project construction links.This concept plays an important technical guiding role in the domestic and foreign railway construction practice of our company.The purpose of this paper is to introduce the engineering application of the concept of disaster prevention and reduction in Geological Survey and design and construction of the Bangladesh Railway,with a view to discussing and drawing lessons from the industry.
