王义桅,中国人民大学国际关系学院教授,欧洲问题研究中心主任,《一带一路报道》特聘专家。近年来,王义桅奔走于世界六十多个国家,向国王、总统、外长、学者、民众讲述“一带一路”,生动形象、深入浅出地回答了世界的中国之问、“一带一路”之问。
"After the unification of Germ any in 1871,why did France fail to rival with it anymore?An important reason behind was that Germany has established a ramified railway network across the country,while in France all roads only led to Paris at that time,which is conducive to vertical control at home but not to responding to external threats!" When introducing the BRI at the forum held by the Chinese Embassy in Austria,such opening remarks made by me brought home to German-speaking Austrians the message of the Initiative.Its aim is to realize a globalization of horizontal connectivity rather than vertical connectivity.
