空巢老人对留守儿童的关爱问题研究——以皖北农村为例

Research on Caring Mechanism of Empty Nesters for Left-behind Children ——Take the Rural Areas of Northern Anhui as an Example

随着社会快速发展和时代变迁,农村外出务工人员的流动规模不断扩大,催生了一个特殊的未成年人群体——农村留守儿童,他们中相当一部分由祖辈隔代抚养,隔代抚养已成为普遍的社会现象,并引起学界的广泛关注。通过问卷调查法、个案访谈法,着重探讨空巢老人的隔代抚养导致的留守儿童心理、行为、教育等问题,对留守儿童承担监护责任的空巢老人以及在空巢老人的抚养下成长的留守儿童进行分析研究,构建空巢老人对留守儿童教育和培养任务的体制机制,促进留守儿童健康成长。

With the rapid development of society and the changes of the times, the gradual deepening of the reform of rural economic system and the increasing progress of urbanization in China, the ever-expanding scale of migrant workers in rural areas has given birth to a special group of minors, left-behind children in rural areas, a considerable part of whom are raised by their ancestors. As a product of the development of the times, the inter-generational upbringing has been performed. It has become a common social phenomenon and attracted wide attention from the academic circles. Through questionnaire survey and case interview, the project team focused on the psychological, behavioral and educational problems of left-behind children caused by rural young and middle-aged labor force going out to work, and analyzed the empty nesters who assumed custody responsibility for left-behind children and the left-behind children who grew up under the care of empty nesters in order to build an institutional mechanism for the education and training tasks of empty nesters for left-behind children, and promote the healthy growth and development of left-behind children.
