创业激情对创业成功的影响——基于有调节的中介效应模型

Influence of Entrepreneurial Passion on Entrepreneurship Success——Based on Moderated Mediating Effect Model

近年来,探讨创业者如何坚持创业并获得成功成为学术界关注的重要议题。本研究使用bootstrap多元回归方法构建有调节的中介效应模型以探讨创业激情对创业成功的作用路径。研究结果表明:(1)创业激情对创业成功有显著正向影响。(2)创业坚持在创业激情对创业成功的作用路径中存在中介作用。(3)逆境对创业激情与创业坚持、创业坚持与创业成功的关系不存在调节效应。(4)创新调节创业坚持在创业激情与创业成功间的部分中介效应,创新水平越高,创业坚持在创业学习与创业成功之间的中介作用越强。(5)创新在创业激情与创业成功之间存在调节作用。因此,有创业激情的创业者则更应坚持创业实践,不畏逆境、注重创新从而获得创业成功;创业研究则应重视利用逆境与创新等新变量,构造更完善的实证研究模型。

In recent years,It has become an important issue for the academic community to discuss how entrepreneurs adhere to entrepreneurship and achieve success. The bootstrap multiple regression method is used in this study to construct a moderated mediating effect model for exploring the role of entrepreneurial passion in entrepreneurial success. The results show below. First,entrepreneurial passion has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial success. Second,entrepreneurial persistence plays an intermediary role in the path of entrepreneurial passion to entrepreneurial success. Third,adversity does not regulate the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial persistence,entrepreneurial persistence and entrepreneurial success respectively. Forth,innovation regulates the intermediary effect of entrepreneurial persistence between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial success. The higher the level of innovation,the stronger the intermediary effect between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial success. Fifth,innovation regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial success. Entrepreneurs with entrepreneurial passion should adhere to entrepreneurial practice,not afraid of adversity,and focus on innovation to achieve success. Entrepreneurship research should take advantage of new variables,such as adversity and innovation to construct more perfect empirical research model.
