高质量发展视域下长江经济带先进制造业的生产效率评价

Evaluation of Production Efficiency of Advanced Manufacturing Industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the Perspective of High Quality Development

先进制造业生产效率事关我国先进制造业高质量发展水平。论文运用三阶段DEA模型,对我国长江经济带11个省市2012—2016年先进制造业的生产效率进行评价研究,并探究东中西部之间以及省域间的差异化特征。研究发现,5年来,我国长江经济带先进制造业整体生产效率较高,但剔除了环境因素和随机误差影响后,效率值受到显著影响,其中,规模效率是制约长江经济带先进制造业发展的主要因素,并且东部、中部和西部之间的生产效率仍存在一定的差距。为此,应提高对外开放水平、优化产业结构、促进产城融合、统筹协调区域发展,从而促进长江经济带一体化发展,提高我国整体先进制造业的发展水平。

The production efficiency of advanced manufacturing is related to the high-quality development level of China’s advanced manufacturing industry.This paper uses the three-stage DEA model to evaluate the production efficiency of advanced manufacturing in 11 Provinces and Cities of China’s Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2012 to 2016,and explores the characteristics of differentiation between the eastern,central and western regions and between provinces.The study found that in the past five years,the overall manufacturing efficiency of China’s Yangtze River Economic Belt has been relatively high,but the efficiency value has been significantly affected after removing environmental factors and random errors.Among them,scale efficiency is restricting the development of advanced manufacturing in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The main factor is that there is still a certain gap in productivity between the eastern,central and western regions.To this end,we should improve the level of opening up to the outside world,optimize the industrial structure,promote the integration of production cities,and coordinate the regional development,thereby promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and improving the development level of China’s overall advanced manufacturing industry.
