摘要
按照GB/T 23847—2017《电镀用氨基磺酸镍》的规定,以氨基磺酸镍产品中的镍质量浓度达到180 g/L为指标,且硫酸根质量浓度不高于700 mg/L,研究了一种气液混合设备将氧气以微米级分散在氨基磺酸水溶液中,增大气液接触面积,提高氧气的溶气量来增大系统的氧化性,从而加快反应速度的气液乳化法制备氨基磺酸镍的工艺。通过探究反应压力、反应温度、氧气与氨基磺酸溶液气液比对反应时长及产品中硫酸根的影响,找出最佳单因素工艺条件,并开展正交实验,得到最佳工艺条件:氧气与氨基磺酸溶液气液比(L/L)为1∶1、反应温度为30℃、反应压力为0.45 MPa。
According to the national standard Nickel Sulfamate for Electroplating,GB/T 23847—2017,the mass concentra tion of nickel in the nickel sulfamate product is 180 g/L,and the mass concentration of sulfate is not higher than 700 mg/L.A gas-liquid mixing device was explored to disperse oxygen in an aqueous solution of sulfamic acid on a micron scale to increase the gas-liquid contact area.The process of preparing nickel sulfamate by gas-liquid emulsification method for increasing the dissolved gas volume of oxygen to increase the oxidizing property of the system and thereby accelerating the reaction speed.Effects of the reaction pressure,the reaction temperature,the gas-liquid ratio of oxygen to sulfamic acid solution on the reac tion time and the sulfate in the product were researched.Then the best single factor process conditions were obtained,the or thogonal experiment was carried out,and the best process conditions were obtained as follows:the gas-liquid ratio of oxygen to sulfamic acid solution was 1∶1,the reaction temperature was 30℃,and the reaction pressure was 0.45 MPa.
