高校辅导员作为专职从事学生思想政治教育和管理的中坚力量,有责任、有义务协助做好学生党员发展工作,也有条件、有能力在学生党员发展过程中发挥重要的作用。本文就辅导员如何发挥作用及如何激发辅导员工作积极性作了探讨。

As the backbone of the ideological and political education and management of students,college counselors have the responsibility and obligation to assist in the recruitment of student Party members.They also have the conditions and the ability to play an important role in the recruitment of student Party members.This paper explores how counselors can play a role and how to motivate counselors'enthusiasm of work.
