心理健康教育融入高职院校思想政治教育的途径探索

Exploration on the Ways of Integrating Mental Health Education into Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

心理健康教育具有疏导心理、塑造人格、纾解压力的积极作用,是高职院校思想政治教育不可忽视的重要工作方式。当前随着社会生活方式的变化,高职学生要面对来自成长、学习、生活、情感、就业等各方面的压力,极易产生诸多心理问题,急需在思想政治教育过程中施加心理健康教育和疏导,及时帮助解决心理问题,疏导心理压力,促进学生健康成长。本文主要就如何在高职院校思想政治教育中实施心理健康教育进行分析研究。

What needs to be seen is that mental health education has the positive effect of guiding psychology,shaping personality and relieving stress.It is an important work method that can not be ignored in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.At present,with the changes in social lifestyles,higher vocational students face pressures from growth,study,life,emotions,employment,etc.,which are prone to many psychological problems.It is urgent to apply mental health education in the process of ideological and political education,so as to help solve psychological problems timely,ease psychological pressure,and promote healthy growth of students.This paper mainly analyzes how to implement mental health education in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
