高等院校创新创业人才培养模式现状分析

Analysis on the Status Quo of the Cultivation Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Colleges and Universities

近几年来我国每年大学毕业生都有几百万人,由1998年的108.36万,到2018年高校毕业生人数达到820万,甚至超过2017年的795万,高校毕业人数创历史新高,应届大学生人数逐年增多,大学毕业生的就业问题已成为全社会高度关注的热点。在如此严峻的就业形势下,大学毕业生就业不仅是考验大学生自身及所在高校,更是给全社会提出的重大难题。本文建议从应试教育转变为创业教育、建立高校人才培养创新机制、启发大学生创业意识、提高大学生创业能力、培养大学生创新精神,使大学生由就业转变为自主创业,通过自主创业带动就业,才是从根本上解决大学生就业难问题的有效途径。

In recent years,there are millions of graduates in China every year,from 1,083,600 in 1998 to 8.2 million college graduates in 2018,even surpassing 7.95 million in 2017.The number of college graduates is the highest in history.With the increase year by year,the employment problem of graduated college students has obviously become a hot spot of great concern to the whole society.Under such a severe employment situation,the employment of university graduates is not only a test of college students themselves and their universities,but also a major problem that needs to be solved for the whole society.It is suggested to change from exam-oriented education to entrepreneurship education,establish innovative mechanism for talent cultivation in colleges and universities,inspire students'entrepreneurial awareness,improve college students'entrepreneurial ability,cultivate college students'innovative spirit,and transform college students from employment to self-employment.These are effective ways to solve the problem of college students'employment difficulties.
