摘要 通过在低碳钢板坯连铸结晶器用保护渣中加入含B 2O 3的低熔点助熔剂材料,代替保护渣中的氟、钠,减小氟化物在连铸过程中的危害,设计保护渣的物理指标中碱度为1.15~1.25,熔点为1045~1105℃,黏度0.25~0.45 Pa·s,氟含量为零,固定碳含量在2.5%左右。该类保护渣在低碳钢连铸中的使用效果良好,降低了氟对环境和操作人员身体的危害,同时提高了浸入式水口的使用寿命以及铸坯表面质量。 In order to replace fluorine and sodium in the mould powder,reduce the harmful effect of fluoride during continuous casting,low melting point flux material containing B 2O 3 is added into mould powder for low carbon steel slab continuous casting,special mould powder is designed with physical indexes such as basicity from 1.15 to 1.25,melting point from 1045℃to 1105℃,viscosity from 0.25 Pa·s to 0.45 Pa·s,fluorine content of zero,fixed carbon content of approx.2.5%.Good result is achieved by appling the mould powder in low carbon steel continuous casting,which not only reduces the harmful effect of fluorine on environment and operators'health,but also improves the service life of submerged nozzle and surface quality of slab.
