建设项目合同网络计划研究

Research on Contract Network Planning of Construction Projects

本文结合我国当前建设项目合同管理的现状,提出合同网络计划的管理思路,介绍了合同网络计划的内涵,以及对项目管理的作用。梳理建设项目从策划决策到竣工验收等各阶段需要开展的各项工作,以及需要办理的合同;针对建设项目所需办理的各项合同,结合合同项目的建设目标,论述了合同网络计划及其信息管理系统的建立思路。

Based on the current situation of construction project contract management in China,this paper puts forward the management idea of contract network plan,introduces the connotation of contract network plan and it’s role in project management.This paper combs the various tasks needed to be carried out in the stages of planning and decision-making,completion and acceptance of construction projects,as well as the contracts that need to be handled.According to the various contracts that need to be handled in construction projects,combining with the construction objectives of contract projects,this paper expounds the establishing idea of contract network plan and its information management system.
