电声器件用高性能钕铁硼稀土永磁材料中添加镓元素的专利分析

摘要 电声器件用高性能钕铁硼稀土永磁材料中添加镓元素进行了简要描述,分析其全球专利年申请量变化、专利申请地域分布、重点申请人和技术活跃度。从分析结果可以预见该技术领域的专利申请量依然会保持增长趋势;国内企业研发起步晚,需加大投入,制定合理的技术布局策略。此外,本文还选出4篇重点专利进行分析,以理解该技术领域的核心,并提醒国内钕铁硼生产企业规避侵权风险,提示国内电声器件制造企业使用新型材料,提升扬声器品质。 The addition of gallium element to high-performance NdFeB rare earth permanent magnet materials which are used for electroacoustic devices is briefly described,and the change of application quantity for global patents,patent application geographical distribution,key applicants and technical activity are analyzed.From the analysis results,it can be foreseen that the application quantity for global patents in this technical field will still maintain a growth trend;domestic enterprises start late in research and development,and need to increase investment and formulate a reasonable technical layout strategy.In addition,4 key patents for analysis are selected to understand the core of the technical field,remind domestic companies that produce NdFeB materials to avoid infringement risks,and remind companies to use new NdFeB materials in order to improve the quality of electroacoustic devices.
